CLEAR FOCUS Imaging has specialized in the production of One Way Vision™ perforated, pressure-sensitive vinyl films for over two decades. Our reputation for producing premium products is unsurpassed in the industry. In addition to manufacturing our own line of window graphics films, we offer contract perforating, slitting, laminating and other converting services with a focus on vinyl and paper products.
The production and QC procedures we have in place include:
• Comprehensive evaluation, monitoring and maintenance of all components and machinery used in the manufacture of our own products, as well as those of our customers.
• Continuous evaluation, monitoring and testing of all tolerances of the various equipment used in our production processes.
• Extensive training of employees, including in the most up-to-date QC methods, to ensure a clean, safe working environment and to achieve our uncompromising production standards.
• Qualification of suppliers of raw materials and other components, shipping companies and machine and other equipment manufacturers in order to maintain exceptional working relationships towards our goal of manufacturing the highest quality products.
